Two people were airlifted to Derriford hospital with serious injuries following a collision in Paignton yesterday afternoon, Tuesday 5 April.
Another person, a passenger in one of the vehicles was taken to Torbay Hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened at around 3.05pm on Marldon Road.
Police, fire and ambulance crews attended the collision which involved a red Renault Maxity and a silver Mazda Demio.
The road was closed whilst a full investigation took place. The road reopened at 10.55pm.
