A body has been found in the search for a man missing from the South Hams area.
John Murphy, 74, was reported missing from his home in Chillington on Saturday 6 November.
The body of a man was located at Bolberry Down near Salcombe around 9am yesterday, Sunday 7 November.
His family have been informed.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
