A body has been found in the search for a missing man from Crediton.
The body was located on Kingsand beach, Torpoint, on Friday 23 December.
John Harrison, 52, was reported missing on Sunday 17 October.
Police say Formal identification has taken place and his death is not being treated as suspicious, a file is being prepared for the coroner.
The family of John Harrison have been made aware.
