Book of condolence available at the Town Hall from today

A book of condolence from the people of Torbay is being made available at Torquay Town Hall from today, Thursday 25 May following the terrible bombing at the Manchester Arena on Monday evening.

The Union Flag at the Torquay Town Hall continues to fly at half-mast as a mark of respect to those affected by events in Manchester.
