The fire service were called to reports of a fire just before 2am at Abbey Park off Belgrave Road in Torquay.
Three fire engines from Torquay and Paignton were mobilised to the incident following multiple calls reporting the blaze at One World Cafe.
Police also attended, along with a fire investigation officer to determine the cause of the fire.
The roof was severely damaged in the fire.
Fire investigation and police are still determining the cause of this fire.
