Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a 30-year-old man from Exeter.
Police state that Stevie Palmer is wanted in connection to an allegation of making threats to kill and intentional strangulation.
The public are warned not to approach him and to call police on 999 immediately.
Palmer is described as being a white male, with fair hair and blue eyes. He is of a medium build and approximately 5ft 6ins tall.
Palmer is known to have links across the Exeter and South Devon areas.
