Can you help Brixham police identify this driver?

Police in Brixham have appealed to the public to help them identify a driver after they failed to leave details following a collision.

The collision happened on Bolton Street, Brixham on 09/12/14. It is caught on camera by a member of the publics dashcam.

The footage shows a car pulling out and hitting another vehicle. The driver pulls in but then drives on.

Brixham Police have stated:
“The vehicle does stop momentarily, but fails to leave/exchange details, or report to Police within 24 hours”
