Can you help police identify this woman?

Torquay Police have asked for the public’s help to identify a woman they’d like to speak to.

Using social media to assist with the appeal, they posted on Facebook:

“The investigation centres around a handbag and its contents that have been stolen. Part of the contents of the handbag were some photographs that are very precious to the victim.
