Can you help Plymouth Police idenfity this man?

Can you help police identify this?

Police have appealed to the public to help them identify a man following criminal damage to a bus in Plymouth.

At around 6.45pm on Saturday 21st February on Saltash Road opposite the train station, the man pictured is believed to have pulled the windscreen wiper from the bus and cracked the windscreen after he was refused access the bus.

Police are appealing for anyone who can identify the offender pictured.
