Paignton police have appealed to the public to help them to identify two males on motorcycles.
The males were seen riding the wrong way up a one way street and riding with a disregard for pedestrian safety.
Paignton police said on Facebook: “We are looking to ID the two male’s riding the motorbikes through Paignton yesterday. They had no regard for any ones safety including pedestrians. They went through red lights and rode up a one way street the wrong way. They have no registration plates so probably have no insurance or even a driving licence.
“Any information would be very helpful as this is not the first time they have done this.
“Stay safe.”
