Police have appealed to the public to help them identify a man they want to speak to in connection with a racially aggrevated incident in Torquay.
The incident, where a man subjected an Asian victim to racist abuse happened in Sainsburys, Torquay on 26th December 2016 at around 6pm.
Police would like help to identify the man pictured and would like to hear from any witnesses.
