Car destroyed by fire in Marldon

South Devon fire fighters battle Kingsbridge industrial estate blaze

Fire crews were called to a vehicle on fire in Marldon last night (6th January)

One fire engine from Paignton was mobilised to a report of a fire Stantor Lane at 10.10pm.

On arrival the crew confirmed that there was a car well alight.

The car was completely destroyed by fire and the crew used two hose reels, two breathing apparatus and small tools to extinguish it.

The police also attended the incident.
