Emergency services were called to reports of a car fire in Paignton in the early hours of this morning, Tuesday 25 May.
One fire engine from Paignton was mobilised to the incident on Roundham Road just after 1am.
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset fire and rescue service said: “On arrival crews confirmed this car was well alight and extinguished the fire using 2 breathing apparatus and 1 foam jet. The car was 95 per cent destroyed by fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation and the Police have also attended.”
