The fire service were called to reports of a car fire at Idewell Road, Watcombe, Toquay just after 1am this morning (3 August)
One appliance from Torquay fire station was mobilised to the incident.
The car, which was on the back of a recovery lorry was destroyed.
The fire is thought to have been deliberate.
Police also attended.
