Car egged at beauty spot near Torquay

Motorists have been advised to be vigilant  by police after a Car was egged in a South Devon beauty Spot.

The incident happened in the Labrador Bay area.

A spokesperson for Teignmouth and Dawlish Police said on Facebook:
“We have received a report of a driver and their car being ‘egged’ on the A379 from Torquay to Shaldon around the Labrador Bay area.

“This is for all drivers to be cautious and vigilant in the area. ‘Egging’ is a criminal offence and all appropriate lines of enquiry will be carried out. If you have experienced this, please could you contact us.

“Extra patrols in the area will be carried out to attempt to locate any offenders,”
