Appeal for information after cars damaged in Torquay

Police have appealed for information after a number of vehicles across Torquay were damaged at the weekend.

Police received reports of damage on Friday, Saturday and Sunday including smashed windows and damaged wing mirrors.

Friday 23 February

-Car park along Moor Lane
Rear window of Ford Fiesta smashed using fence post. (CR/016567/18)
-Coombe Lane
Back window of Mercedes smashed. (CR/016653/18)
-Lymington Road
Paint used to damage Lexus and tyre punctured. (CR/016584/18)
–Wrights Lane
Wing mirror of Mercedes damaged. (CR/016499/18)
-Wrights Lane
Wing mirror of Peugeot damaged. (CR/016500/18)
-Shirburn Road
Wing mirror damaged by three unknown young men approximate age 15 – 20. All were dressed in black. (CR/016621/18)
-Wrights Lane
Wing mirror damaged by three unknown young men approximate age 15 – 20. All were dressed in black. (CR/016626/18)

Saturday 24 February

-Temperance Street Car Park
Rear nearside window of Vauxhall Corsa smashed. (CR/016624/18)
-Temperance Street Car Park
Unknown man smashed rear passenger window of vehicle and was disturbed while searching the glove box. He fled on foot. (CR/016704/18)

Sunday 25 February

-Perinville Road
Driver’s side window of Volvo smashed. (CR/017072/18)
