We are investigating an incident which occurred this morning at about 0420hrs. A green telehandler was used to steal a cash point from Totnes Cross filling station.

Ivybridge Police said on Facebook this morning:
“In the early hours of this morning the Cashpoint at Totnes Cross, Halwell (garage) was raided and stolen.
We hope this is not going to be repeated elsewhere but we are urging any business who has a cashpoint at their location particularly remote sites to take preventative measures by making it difficult for any offender/s, park vehicles in front etc. If anyone has any information you can call 101 or Crimestoppers if you want to be anonymous.”

If anybody can help with the investigation please call 101 quoting Log 105 21/08/2017
