Appeal for CCTV footage following attempted vehicle break-ins in Torbay

Police in Paignton have appealed for CCTV footage following attempted vehicle break-ins in Preston.

Police are requesting for CCTV from people in Mariners Way which may help them identify the offenders.

Posting on Facebook, a spokesperson for Paignton Police said: “We have been made aware of two suspected Males have been attempting vehicle breaks in the early hours of 28th of December on the road of Mariners Way, Preston.

“We are appealing for home owners who may have CCTV on or in the vicinity of Mariners Way to come forward with footage to further assist in identifying the offenders. Target hours between midnight and 2am.

“Officers have been working around the clock to catch up with the offenders, Dog Units and other Police teams have put additional time in popularly targeted areas in the hours of darkness.

“Please call 101 and quote log 156 of the 28th of December or alternatively email PAIGNTON@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk if your able to assist,”
