Road closed due to serious collision in Torquay

 Torbay Coastguard were called to a dog stuck on a cliff this afternoon.

Backed up by Berry Head Coastguard, the dog was rescued from cliffs just South of ‘Armchair rock’ near Goodrington.

The dog was rescued after a rig was set up, he was brought up the cliff in a dog rescue bagand reunited with his owner.
His owner said on Torbay Coastguards Facebook page:

Thank you so much guys, bracken has had something to eat and drink and is having a kip xxx
