COVID-19 Mobile Testing Unit – booking arrangements

Due to a temporary issue with the booking system for the COVID-19 mobile testing unit in Lymington Road, Torquay, alternative arrangements have been made for those people with symptoms who urgently need to book a test over the bank holiday.

If you have symptoms and are unable to book a test via the government website please email d-ccg.devon.urgenttesting@nhs.net who will contact you to assess your symptoms and direct you to your nearest testing centre, if appropriate.

A spokesperson added: “However, if you have symptoms and you do not urgently need a test please stay home and isolate until one becomes available. If you are concerned, you can check your symptoms via 111 online or call 111.”
