Update: We have been informed that the cow is being fed and watered every day by kayak whilst the farmer plans a rescue.
A cow has been spotted at the bottom of cliffs in South Devon.
The cow, apparently only been visible by boat, is pictured on rocks by the sea.
The cow is on the coast between Hallsands and Start Point in South Hams.
Spotting the cow whilst out on a boat, a member of the public alerted Facebook page Spotted Torquay in hope to reach the farmer. Saying: “Spotted a cow stuck down on the rocks between Hallsands and Start Lighthouse. Can anyone help or alert the farmer. From our iPhone the coordinates are 203’SW 50’13’53’N 3’39’20’W Can only be seen by boat”
Someone has commented that both the farmer and RSPCA are aware.
It is not known how or when a rescue mission will take place.
