A cyclist was seriously injured inna collision in Exeter yesterday, Tuesday 17 January.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision between cyclist and a grey VW Transporter on Rydon Lane just before 5.45pm.
The cyclist, a local man in his 50s was taken to The Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital with injuries initially thought to be life-threatening, but later deemed serious.
The driver of the VW Transporter, a local woman in her 60s was not injured.
Police have asked that anyone who witnessed the collision or haany information, in particular dashcam or CCTV from the area around the time of the collision, is asked contact police via our website here or by calling 101 quoting log number 658 of 17 January.
