Delays are to be expected on Torbay Road in Torquay when traffic lights are put in place next week whilst the giant crane is removed from the construction site.
Work to remove the crane is due to start on Monday 29 April and due to finish on Thursday 2 May (dependent on weather conditions).
During the removal, Torbay Road will be reduced to a single lane outside the site with traffic controlled by temporary lights.
This is likely to cause delays at peak periods, so motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journey or plan another route.
