Emergency services were called to the scene of an accident on the A380 in the early hours of the morning, today, Sunday 11th November.
A vehicle has left the road and was amongst trees at Ware Barton near Newton Abbot.
The driver was still inside the vehicle and was cut free by fire crews.

Two Fire Engines from Newton Abbot, one from Torquay and a Heavy Rescue Vehicle from Middlemoor attended, along with police and ambulance crews.
Fire crews used Hydraulic Cutting equipment, a winch, ladder and small tools to rescue the casualty who was then dealt with by Ambulance crews.
