Electronics and jewellery stolen in Watcombe burglary

Tools stolen from vans in Torquay and Newton Abbot

Police have appealed for information following a burglary in Watcombe, Torquay.

Offenders entered a property along East Pafford Avenue and stole electronics and jewellery, happened between 5.00pm on Tuesday 3 April and 10.00am on Thursday 4 April.

Police have asked for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who has information to contact them.

You can contact police via 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101 quoting crime reference number CR/028491/18.

Information can also be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or reporting online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.

Police are also reminding residents to ensure that their property is secure. Crime prevention advice can be found on the Devon and Cornwall Police website.
