Update: The road is now clear.
Emergency services are at the scene of a collision in Torquay.
Police and ambulance crews are at the scene on Shiphay Avenue.
A motorcycle and a car were involved in the collision which happened just before 5pm.
It is not currently known if anyone was injured.
The road is partially blocked with traffic starting to build up between Shiphay Lane and Marldon Road. A member of the public appears to be assisting with traffic control.
