Emergency services are at the scene of a collision on the A380.
It is not currently known how many vehicles are involved in the collision on Besigheim Way between Penn inn roundabout and the Kingsteignton turn off.
The collision happened Northbound, Inrix traffic shows congestion in and around the area.
