Emergency services were called to Torbay Road in Torquay earlier today, Monday 16th April to reports of a collision involving a dustbin lorry and a motorcycle.
Police, fire and ambulance crews attended the scene just after 11.30am.
The male motorcyclist was treated by ambulance paramedics, the mans injuries are not currently known.
Fire crews made the scene safe.
