Emergency services called to serious collision in Torquay

Emergency services were called to a collision near Torbay Cemetery on Barton Road, Torquay in the early hours of this morning, Friday 3rd January.

The road was closed and the area was cordoned off just after midnight.

Barton road was closed from powderham Crescent to Audley Avenue.

Fire, police and ambulance crews attended the scene.

Recovery has taken place and the road is now open.

It is not currently known if anyone was injured in the incident.
