Emergency services remain at the scene of incident in Torquay today, Monday 18th March.
Part of Palm Road in Torquay has been cordoned off since last night. Green tarpaulin has been put up around the area with police at the scene.
Locals reports that police, ambulance and fire crews have been present, with CID officers now at the scene.
Vehicle and pedestrian access is not permitted since late last night.
At present, the nature of the incident is unknown.
