Fire crews are at the scene of a fire in Torquay.
Warren Road is currently blocked, with no access in either direction between Abbey Road and Warren Hill.
The area has also been cordoned off to pedestrians.
There are four fire engines at the scene of what appears to be a fire on the first floor of a property.
