Emergency services are at the scene of a major fire in Torquay this afternoon, Saturday 24th November.
The fire in Chelston is at a former school. It is thought to be a prefabricated building next to the old school house which is empty.
Old Mill Road is currently closed.
Police have advised people in the area to keep their windows closed.
