Fire crews were called to reports of a fire at a wood store attached to stables near Torquay this afternoon, Monday 3 May.
Two crews from Torquay attended the incident in the higher Rocombe area at around 3.30pm.
The fire did not spread to the stables and no animals were injured.
50 percent of the wood store was destroyed by fire and the cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
