Emergency services were called to reports of an out of control bonfire this morning, Tuesday 21st July.
Two fire appliances from Brixham attended the incident at Langley Close at around 10.30am.
An ambulance also attended, treating a man for smoke inhalation.
A number of flats were affected by the fire, with heat and flame damage to a ground floor window and fascias. Other flats suffered from external smoke damage.
