Homebuyers will have the first chance to look around the two new show homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Brook Vale development in Dawlish during a special launch event next month.
Brook Vale is a collection of 180 homes, including two-bedroom apartments and a range of three and four bedroom houses. Since launching in April this year the development has proven popular with a range of buyers, and people will soon be able to get a glimpse of what life at the development could be like by visiting the show homes.
The Byford and Huxford show homes will officially open to customers at 11am on Saturday 12th October. People will be able to take a tour and speak to the expert sales team about the best properties and financial incentives available to them.

Brook Vale is in Juniper Drive, Dawlish, EX7 0GL. Just one mile from Dawlish town centre, residents are also close to the A379 and Dawlish train station, as well as the Devon coastline.
