Former Torquay Church to be sold at auction

A former church in Torquay is to be sold at auction

The former Church of the Holy Trinity in Torwood Gardens Road has a guide price of £210,000 to £230,000 freehold.

The Church, built in the late 1800’s has until recently been a children’s funhouse – featuring slides, a soft play area, go karts, party rooms and a cafeteria. It also has a wet sales alcohol and beverage license.

Describing the building, the auction website said:
