“You will be able to explore four floors of specially curated exhibitions, stunning permanent collections and enjoy hi-tech interactive displays – all free of charge. You will also have access to the Abbey’s beautiful gardens, Agatha Christie Potent Plants Garden, a Victorian Palm House and historic ruins.

“If that’s not exciting enough, Torre Abbey is offering three FREE tours a day at 11am, 1pm and 3pm – please book in advance so not to be disappointed.”

On Saturday 21 September members of the Torquay Pottery Collectors Society will be on hand to answer questions about their new exhibition Patterns on Pots.

Opening hours for the Abbey are 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (last admission 4pm).
