Have you seen missing man Jamie Symons?

Update: Jamie Symons has been found safe. Police have thanked the public.

Police have appealed for the public’s help in finding a man who has gone missing from the Totnes area.

Officers are concerned for the welfare of Jamie Symons, 26, who was last seen leaving Totnes Hospital heading in the direction of Paignton on Tuesday 29 March at around 6.45pm.

Jamie has links to Torquay, Totnes and Paignton and officers are keen for anyone who sees him to get in touch.

He is described as white, of thin build, 6 ft tall, with light facial hair and an army tattoo on his right hand.

He was last seen wearing a brown coat, jeans, black boots and carrying an army rucksack with a flask hanging from it.

Anyone who has seen Jamie is asked not to approach him but to call 999 quoting reference 601 of 29 March.
