Have you seen missing 12-year-old from Plymouth?

Update: Rhys has been found. Police have thanked the public for their assistance.

Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a missing man.

Rhys Opie, 25, is missing from the Newton Abbot.

Rhys is a white man who is 5”8 tall, brown hair and blue eyes and has a visible neck tattoo that says ‘Aleeyah’.

He is possibly wearing a North Face tracksuit bottoms and Nike trainers.
