Have you seen man wanted by Police? 

Police have appealed to the public to help then locate a 21 year old man from Plymouth.

Police are investigating allegations of kidnapping, false Imprisonment, robbery and GBH of a vulnerable male in Plymouth on the 1st and 2nd April.

Police would like to speak to Luke Rouse from Plymouth and have asked the public to report any sightings.

Luke Rouse

Rouse is from Plymouth has connections to both Torquay and Bodmin. He is described as a white male, with short cropped hair and stubble.  He is 5’ 11” tall and of slim build.

Anyone who sees Luke or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 999 quoting police log 94 for the 2nd of April, and for the attention of DS Jason Kelly.
Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers via 0800 555 111, or via the charity’s website www.crimestoppers-org.uk.
