Update: Daniel has been located safe and well.
Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a man missing from the Ivybridge area.
Daniel Dawes, 35 has been missing since Monday 27 November and was last seen about 11.30am yesterday, 28th November, walking into the Dartmoor National Park area near Burford Down, north of Harford.
His car, a blue VW Passat, has been located near Harford Bridge, north of Ivybridge, and he is now known to have spent the night in a barn on a nearby farm.
Daniel is described as a white male, about 6ft tall, with short brown hair, brown eyes and is of slim build.
He left the farm wearing green wellington boots, black trousers, a red checked shirt, a black top with a white collar. He was also wearing a grey waterproof jacket and a black woolly hat.
Police and Daniel’s family are getting increasingly concerned for his welfare.
