Update: Ruth has been located safe and well.
Police have appealed to the public to help locate a woman missing from the Newton Abbot area.
Ruth Palin, 62, was last seen at her home in Combeinteignhead at around noon on Sunday 19 December.
Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
Ruth is described as white, of sturdy build, with blonde, mid-length hair and is 5ft 1in tall. Ruth was wearing a black leggings, a floral tunic top and a black North Face coat.
