Homes without water due to burst pipe in Torquay this afternoon Thursday 17th January.

Engineers are on site at St Matthew’s Road in Chelston and are hoping the water will be back on at around 6pm.

South West Water said on its website: “Supplies in this area may be disrupted as we are currently doing urgent repairs.

“We expect the disruption will last for around 2-3 hours and the water will be back on by 17/01/19 at 18:00.

“We would like to thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused,”
