Police appeal for information after jewellery stolen from house

Police are appealing for information after a burglary at a property in Dawlish on Wednesday 3rd February.

Jewellery was taken from a bedroom at house in Plantation Terrace. Entry to the property was gained via a rear conservatory window between 12.30pm and 1.00pm

A witness recalls seeing a man on the driveway of the attacked property at the time.

The man is described as white, aged in his 20’s – 30’s, 5ft 9 tall, medium/stocky build with short dark, ‘grade 1’ cut hair.

He was wearing circular dark coloured glasses, a green bomber type coat with fur hood, red checked lumber style shirt and a white t-shirt underneath, grey track suit jogging bottoms & white trainers

He walked with shoulders hunched over.

A white ford truck was also seen parked up near-by, with a white man sat in the driver’s seat and accompanied by a Jack Russell dog.

He is described as having long blonde hair tied in pony tail.
