Police appeal for information after jewellery stolen from house

Police are appealing for information after a burglary at a property in Dawlish on Wednesday 3rd February.

Jewellery was taken from a bedroom at house in Plantation Terrace. Entry to the property was gained via a rear conservatory window between 12.30pm and 1.00pm

Police appeal to identify man in connection with jewellery theft

A witness recalls seeing a man on the driveway of the attacked property at the time.

The man is described as white, aged in his 20’s – 30’s, 5ft 9 tall, medium/stocky build with short dark, ‘grade 1’ cut hair.

He was wearing circular dark coloured glasses, a green bomber type coat with fur hood, red checked lumber style shirt and a white t-shirt underneath, grey track suit jogging bottoms & white trainers

He walked with shoulders hunched over.

A white ford truck was also seen parked up near-by, with a white man sat in the driver’s seat and accompanied by a Jack Russell dog.

He is described as having long blonde hair tied in pony tail.

Police are seeking information from anyone who was in the area at the time, or from anyone with any information, and ask that they contact police on 101 quoting police reference 628 030216 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or report online at www.Crimestoppers-uk.org
