Update: The road is now clear.
Lymington Road is partially blocked in Torquay.
A small dumper truck has over turned with rocks and bricks spilling out onto the road near Torquay coach station.
The incident happened at around 5.15pm on the roundabout.
People at the scene say the driver was taken to hospital via ambulance, it is not currently known how serious his injuries are.
The road is currently passable with care.
