in Community News, Entertainment News

Fantastic news – by audience request, and word of mouth, The South Devon Players have been asked to reprise their post-apocalyptic, uncut text production of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. While contracts are still being sorted out, tickets, they tell us, will be on sale soon.

‘We have been invited to venues in Europe as well for this show,’ they add, ‘and it is all depending on Brexit and funding to try and get out to those venues as well, but the UK shows are being booked up like crazy. This is such a fantastic piece of recognition for all our amazing team members.’
Watch their space for announcements soon, on upcoming ticket sales!

The Players are also working on a production of Les Miserables, recently wonderfully dramatised on BBC, but this is their own dynamic version. If you’d like to find out more about it or even get involved yourself, simply visit the South Devon Players’ website.
