Emergency services were called to a car accident in Brixham late last night.
Two fire engines, police and ambulance attended the incident on Higher Ranscome Road, which involved one vehicle.
One person was released from the vehicle, which was on its roof by fire crews using cutting equipment.
The man was taken to hospital.
