A man has died following a collision on the A38 at the weekend.
The collision, involving two vehicles; a white Renault Trafic van and a blue Peugeot 109, happened on Sunday 15th December 2019 on the A38 at the Manadon off-slip, Plymouth.
James Paskins, 26, who had been sat in the Peugeot which was stationary at the time of the incident, passed away yesterday, Wednesday 8th January as a result of the injuries he sustained in the collision.
Another occupant of the Peugeot was also injured in the incident but injuries were not believed to be serious.
Any witnesses of the collision, or who had seen the vehicles on the off-slip prior to the incident, are asked to contact police by calling 101, or emailing 101@dc.police.uk, quoting log number 922 of 15th December, 2019.
