A man has died following an incident on the A38 at Manadon, Plymouth in the early hours of this morning, Thursday, 10 June.
Police were called to concerns for the welfare of a man on the westbound carriageway at 00.30am.
A 20-year-old man was taken to Derriford Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
His next of kin has been informed. Enquiries are ongoing.
A road closure was put in place whilst investigations took place.
