A man missing from Wales is believed to be in the Torbay area.
Owen Wilks, 21, is described as white, 5 feet 11 inches in height, slim build, short dark brown hair, last seen wearing a grey tracksuit top with hood, grey trousers and light blue Nike trainers, possibly wearing green headphones and carrying a bright red carrier bag.
There have been sightings of Owen in Paignton town centre.
